  2. How long should I work with a personal trainer?

    Fit by Design recommends that you commit to a period of time that may begin to yield results. Reaching your fitness goals will not happen overnight! With that in mind, you should plan to work with a trainer for at least 8 weeks. If motivation continues to be a challenge for you, then continue with the training on an ongoing basis.

  3. What's included in my training package?

    Fit by Design's one-on-one and partner training packages include:

    • an initial consultation,
    • ongoing assessment throughout your training period, and
    • customized programs to meet your fitness needs.

  4. Where will I train?

    Fit by Design offers in-home, workplace and outdoor training, so you can decide which training environment works best for you.

  5. What kind of equipment and exercises will I use in the training sessions?

    Training sessions may incorporate a variety of equipment and exercise techniques, including universal and free weights, bands, stability balls, pilates/yoga-style and body resistance exercises.
