Enjoy an inspiring and fun “bootcamp”-style workout in the great outdoors! This is an option for both individuals and groups. Working one-on-one with Fit by Design or along with a group of like-minded people, discover how to get fit and feel great by using some basic equipment and various features of the physical landscape.
